BBOASIS is an online marketplace that connects hosts who list their private backyard and outdoor event spaces with guests seeking venues for celebrations and gatherings. We do not own, manage, or control the listed spaces. We solely facilitate bookings between hosts and guests.
2. User Eligibility
To use BBOASIS, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and booking.
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
3. Host Responsibilities
If you list a backyard or event space on BBOASIS, you agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions, availability, pricing, and amenities.
- Ensure your space complies with local zoning, safety, and event regulations.
- Maintain reasonable cleanliness and safety standards.
- Clearly communicate house rules, capacity limits, and restrictions.
- Handle guest interactions professionally and respectfully.
4. Guest Responsibilities
When booking a space through BBOASIS, you agree to:
- Provide truthful booking details, including event type and guest count.
- Respect the host’s property and follow all house rules.
- Not exceed the approved number of guests.
- Leave the space in reasonable condition after the event.
- Take responsibility for any damages caused during your booking.
5. Payments and Fees
- Guests must complete full payment before a booking is confirmed.
- BBOASIS may charge service fees to guests and/or deduct service fees from host payouts.
- All pricing, additional fees, and deposits (if applicable) will be clearly displayed before confirmation.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies are determined by individual hosts.
- Refund eligibility depends on the selected cancellation policy at the time of booking.
- BBOASIS reserves the right to mediate disputes between hosts and guests when necessary.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or booking information.
- Use the platform for illegal events or unlawful activities.
- Damage property intentionally or negligently.
- Discriminate against others based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other protected characteristics.
8. Limitation of Liability
BBOASIS acts solely as a marketplace and is not responsible for:
- The condition, safety, or legality of listed spaces.
- Any disputes between hosts and guests.
- Injuries, damages, losses, or incidents occurring during events.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
BBOASIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in suspicious or harmful activities.
10. Privacy Policy
Your use of BBOASIS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Changes to Terms
BBOASIS may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
