  • BBOASIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Host Responsibilities

If you list a backyard or event space on BBOASIS, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions, images, pricing, amenities, and availability.
  • Ensure the space is safe and suitable for hosting events.
  • Comply with local zoning laws, event permits, and noise regulations.
  • Clearly communicate house rules, guest limits, and event restrictions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Respect and communicate with guests professionally.

5. Guest Responsibilities

When booking an event space through BBOASIS, guests agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information including event type and number of attendees.
  • Respect the host’s property and follow all house rules.
  • Not exceed the permitted number of guests.
  • Avoid causing damage to the property.
  • Leave the space in a reasonable condition after the event.
  • Take responsibility for any damages caused during the booking.

6. Booking and Reservations

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed.
  • Hosts may accept or decline booking requests depending on their listing settings.
  • Guests must review all listing details, house rules, and pricing before booking.
  • Special event requirements must be communicated with the host in advance.

7. Payments and Fees

  • Guests must pay the full booking amount before a reservation is confirmed.
  • BBOASIS may charge service fees to guests and/or deduct service fees from host payouts.
  • Additional fees such as cleaning fees, deposits, or service charges may apply depending on the listing.
  • Payments are processed through secure payment systems.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the host’s selected policy.
  • Refund eligibility is determined according to the cancellation terms displayed on the listing.
  • BBOASIS may assist in resolving disputes regarding cancellations and refunds.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or booking information.
  • Using the platform for illegal activities or unauthorized events.
  • Damaging property intentionally or through negligence.
  • Engaging in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
  • Attempting to bypass the BBOASIS platform to conduct bookings privately.

10. Property Damage and Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their event or booking.
  • Hosts may request compensation for damages caused by guests.
  • BBOASIS may assist in dispute resolution but is not liable for damages.

11. Limitation of Liability

BBOASIS acts solely as a marketplace and shall not be responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, or legality of listed spaces.
  • Any disputes between hosts and guests.
  • Personal injuries, property damage, or financial losses during events.
  • Actions or behavior of users on or off the platform.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

BBOASIS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account that violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in suspicious or harmful activity.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of BBOASIS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

14. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the BBOASIS platform including logos, branding, text, and design is owned by BBOASIS or its licensors.
